While The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie takes all practical and reasonable attempts to minimize any risk of injury to your/your child/ward’s person or property, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all Terms and Conditions and the consumption of our products is at your own risk. You release and indemnify The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie, its employees, agents and service providers from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, proceedings, damages, losses, compensation, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever in any way arising out of or resulting from your consumption of our products, without limitation, any and all claims, actions, and liabilities for injury, loss or damage to you, to anyone else or to any property, unless the same was caused by the gross negligence of The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie and recoverable on that ground following judgment of a competent court of final judgment.
You will reimburse The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie for any damage to its property caused by yourself/your child/ward (including all structures and equipments within the premises) while you/your child/ward are on the premises.
The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any property lost on our premises. If any property has been left behind and found by a member of our staff, please arrange with us to collect such property during our opening hours. Any lost property which is not claimed within 7 days will be disposed at our discretion.
The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie makes every effort to ensure that the information available on the Website is accurate. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions; and reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this Website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items.
General
The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie is not halal-certified. Our kitchen handles allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts and alcohol.
We reserve the right to issue, refuse, modify or cancel an order for any reasons at any time, at our sole discretion.
All prices listed on this Website are in Singapore dollars and all charges will be processed in Singapore dollars.
Payment Service
We accept VISA and Mastercard.
Confirmation of orders
We will send an electronic order confirmation via email to the customer upon successful submission of the online order. (Please check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.)
Order Cancellations or Amendments
Orders made are non-refundable and no changes are allowed after payment is completed.
Store Pick-Ups
Payment must be made in full for an order slot to be successfully reserved and confirmed.
Change requests to self-collection date and time will have to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
The person collecting the order is wholly responsible for checking that the order specifications of the product received are correct and in good condition. Subsequent disputes regarding damage to the products will not be entertained if not raised at the time of collection. We will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs after the products leave our premises.
Any changes to collection date and time is subject to availability and confirmation.
Deliveries
Payment must be made in full for an order slot to be successfully reserved and confirmed.
For local delivery, we engage third-party delivery service and the delivery fee is a flat rate of $15 per location. A surcharge of $10 is applicable for delivery to Marina Bay Sands and Sentosa. All deliveries will be made between 11am to 3pm. We are unable to accommodate any specific delivery time requests.
We deliver to most locations in Singapore except for Tuas, Jurong Island and restricted areas. Please refer to our FAQ page for the list of restricted areas.
Any amendment requests to delivery date and location will have to be made at least 24 hours in advance and subject to confirmation. Any requested changes to delivery date and location will be subjected to availability and confirmation. Additional charges may be incurred as stipulated by our third-party delivery service, at the customer’s expense.
The recipient of the delivery is wholly responsible for checking that the order specifications of the product received are correct and in good condition. Subsequent disputes regarding damage to the products will not be entertained if not raised at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.
Any changes to delivery date and location is subject to availability and confirmation.
Customer Satisfaction
We stand behind the quality of our products and all items are thoroughly checked and inspected before dispatch, but in the event you receive an incorrectly shipped item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the wrong order on the day of the delivery.
Privacy
We are committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control.
By registering an account on our Website and/or submitting the order on https:///lunar-rabbit.com, you agree to sign up to our subscribers/customers list and receive emails from us. Your address and personal information will be stored in our database.
